Zoolbia Bamieh Cooking Workshop
TEHRAN (IQNA) – Zoolbia and Bamieh are special sweets in Iran often enjoyed at Iftar in the holy month of Ramadan.
Bamieh is made from a yogurt- and starch-based dough, which
is fried before being dipped in syrup.
Zoolbia is prepared the same way, and the only difference is that it is a web-like arrangement consisting of strips of dough.
