Quran Recitation Workshop Held in Herat
TEHRAN (IQNA) – Principles of Sowt and Lahn in Quran recitation were instructed in a workshop held by Iranian Quran reciter in Herat city of Afghanistan.
The Supreme Quran Council of Sadeqiyye Seminary School in Herat invited the Iranian Quran expert to teach the Quranic course.
The main objective of the workshop was to prepare the Qaris of the region for attending international Quran competitions.
The participants in the workshop said such intensive educational programs are effective in the promotion of their Quranic skills and asked for more workshops to be planned for Afghan Quran reciters.
