They asked her to read from memory verses from Surahs Nisa, Hud, Muminun, Gahfir, and Saff, and she did without any problem.
On Monday, the competition will also see the participation of contenders from Algeria, Libya, Uganda, Djibouti, Kyrgyzstan, and Bosnia and Herzegovina.

75 contestants of different recitation schools - Hafs, Warsh and Qaloon - from around the world are participating in the competition.
