Taqwa and Tawakkul Help to Open Ways for Scientific Progress
Ayatollah Seyyed Ali Khamenei made the statement on Monday in a meeting with the president, managers and researchers of the University Jihad (Iranian Academic Center for Education, Culture and Research).
His Eminence added that if scientific endeavors are within the framework of Taqwa, their outcome will definitely be beneficial for humanity.
Ayatollah Khamenei referred to Iran's scientific accomplishment and said in order for the continuation of the country's scientific progress, it is necessary to have Jihadi management and labor and to strengthen the mentality of "We Can".
Elsewhere in his statements, the Supreme Leader described the University Jihad as an important institution.
His Eminence said the main characteristics of the University Jihad is benefiting from the presence of young researchers with a Jihadi attitude.
The Supreme Leader urged the center's officials to make efforts to train prominent and faithful scientific figures who are devoted to the causes of the Islamic Revolution.
Prior to Ayatollah Khamenei's speech, President of the University Jihad Hamid Reza Tayyebi presented a report about the objectives, perspectives and plans of the institution.
The Academic Center for Education, Culture and Research (ACECR) is an Iranian public non-governmental institution, established in 1980, with the mission of presenting native models for production of knowledge and technology.
