Egypt’s Quran Radio Programs to Be Revised

Director of Egypt's national radio said the programs of the country’s Quran radio channel will be developed and current religious and political issues will be included in its programs.

 According to Al-Mujaz website, Abdul Rahman Rashad said a plan is underway to develop the radio’s programs and revise their contents.

He added that as part of the plan, a number of scholars will be introduced by Al-Azhar and Egypt’s Islamic Center to take part in the radio’s programs.
The scholars will investigate various political and religious issues of the day particularly moderation in Islam, relations between men and women, terrorism, etc.
