Qatar Holding Nat’l Quran Competition

TEHRAN (IQNA) – The second stage of the 26th national Quran competition in Qatar was held with the participation of 27 memorizers of the entire Quran.

According to Al-Arab newspaper, this stage of the competition in the men’s category was held for 14 special group of Qatari residents including imams of mosques, Muezzins, eminent Qaris and Quran teachers and 13 other Quran memorizers of the country.

The competition for female Quran memorizers in the memorization of the entire Quran with Tarteel and Tajweed principles categories was held on November 23.

The final stage of “Sheikh Jasim bin Muhammad bin Thani” Quran competition will be held on November 25 and 26 and winners will be awarded in the closing ceremony of the national event in early December.
