Sami Zayn, who is a practicing Muslim, expressed his gratitude and joy for being able to undertake Umrah, which is a voluntary pilgrimage to Mecca that can be done at any time of the year, unlike Hajj, which is a mandatory pilgrimage that takes place during a specific period.
He said that performing Umrah was one of the best experiences of his life and that he will cherish it forever.
Outside of wrestling, Sami Zayn is known for his activism and humanitarian work. He has been reportedly involved in various social and political causes, such as supporting Syrian refugees and advocating for Palestinian human rights. He also runs a non-profit organization called Sami for Syria, which provides medical aid to people in Syria.
